What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving between 3:30โ€“3:45 PM to find your seat, settle in, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings before we say “I do.”

Are children welcome?

While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding day will be an adults-only celebration (with one very important four-legged exception!). Consider this your official permission slip to stay up late, have an extra drink, dance like no oneโ€™s watching, and enjoy a kid-free night!

Is transportation provided?

Yes! Shuttle transportation will be available for guests staying off-site. We’ll share pickup locations and times closer to the wedding date.

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is Formal. Think floor-length or midi dresses, elegant jumpsuits, tailored suits, or tuxedos. October on the coast can be cool, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening.

Have fun with it! Wear the bright dress you’ve been waiting for an excuse to wear, the colourful tie, the floral print… just because it’s October doesn’t mean we have to dress like autumn.

One more thing, we know this question always comes up! Our bridesmaids will be wearing shades of pink, but please don’t let that stop you from wearing pink too. Twinning is totally okay (as long as it’s not with the bride ๐Ÿ˜‰), so the only colour we kindly ask you to avoid is white.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to be outdoors, taking full advantage of the beautiful ocean views. Our reception will be held under a gorgeous clear-top tent, so you’ll still get to enjoy the coastal scenery while celebrating the night away.

Of course, Mother Nature gets a vote too. If it’s just a little wind or a light sprinkle, we’ll likely carry on outside (we are on the East Coast, after all!). But if the weather has bigger plans, we’ll have a backup plan ready to keep everyone comfortable.

Will golf be available?

Absolutely! Fox Harb’r is known for its incredible golf course. If you’d like to book a tee time during the weekend, we’d recommend doing so well in advance. We’ll share booking information as it becomes available.

What about plus ones?

Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.

Will Eddie be there?

Would it really be our wedding without him? ๐Ÿพ Yes! Eddie will be making a special appearance and can’t wait to celebrate with all of his favourite people.
